Walt is a life long resident of the Lawrence, Kansas area. He grew up
and worked on their family dairy farm until graduating from High School.
Attended State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Missouri and received
an Associates degree. He met his lovely wife, Tracie, they were married
and moved to Lawrence in 1980.
Walt worked in business for several years. Then in 1998, Walt and Tracie
began their independent financial consulting firm, Jamison & Associates.
We are a comprehensive financial planning firm. Walt is licensed in several
states for most types of investments and insurance products. He is securities
licensed in Series 6, 63 and 65.
Our six children continue to grow, mature and expand into families of their own and it is such a joy to watch.
Walt likes to spend time with Tracie and the children when he is not in the office.
We are an active Christian family with our church, Lawrence Bible Chapel since 1986.
Tracie is beyond replaceable as our office manager, she keeps our office
running smoothly because of all the work she does in front and behind
the scenes. Her responsibilities include directing our paperwork processing,
she is our website, electronics and computer technologies specialist. She handles
many details of our practice and is cheerfully helping in scheduling appointments.
When Tracie is not working in the office she enjoys spending time with the family,
jewelry making, travelling, homeschooling their children and working in her many
flower gardens around the home.
